ARMOR

In recognition of the sacrifice of first responders, Dynamic Life Recovery Centers has developed the ARMOR program, a first responder treatment and recovery program focused on the following:

  • Comprehensive and Personal Approach
  • Individual and Family Centric Care
  • Dual Diagnosis Treatment
  • Trauma Therapy
  • Transitional and Long Term Care
  • Structured Family Recovery

Why First Responders?

First Responders are unique. Most people turn from danger while first responders move forward. Many first responders enter the profession out of a desire or calling to help others. Unfortunately that commitment can take its toll on a first responder’s health and also impact their family.

Dynamic Life Recovery Centers recognizes the dedication of the first responder and the need of public safety employees to remain healthy at home and at work over the course of their career

Substance abuse can be tough to overcome, the right help is key.

Who We Are

Dynamic Life Recovery Centers is a 33 bed treatment and recovery facility located midway down the eastern coast of Florida in Ft. Pierce. Opened in 2016, the facility began designing a first responder specific program and treating first responders in early 2017.

Experience Counts

The dedicated staff of Dynamic Life Recovery includes individuals who have spent a career in public service working with first responders in crisis.

First responders and their families can rest assured their loved one will receive the finest care available with an emphasis on confidentiality.

Dynamic Life Recovery is unique in that it focuses on long-term health and recovery long after the first responder leaves our facility, with long term care and transition care model.

What Can I Do?

Studies suggest as many as 25% of first responders face an addictive challenge and half of the individuals dealing with a substance abuse issue are not receiving help.

Dynamic Life Recovery Centers can help your agency save lives, save families and save jobs by providing the following additional resources:

  • 24 hours/365 day a year Information Hotline
  • Model Policies for Agencies for Responding to Employees in Crisis
  • Training/DLRC Virtual Tour for Agencies/Peers Responding to Employees in Crisis
  • Insurance Verification and Assistance
  • Informative blog articles on the DLRC website
  • Weekly radio program every Wednesday at 4 p.m. and Sunday evening on 101.7 FM

Most agencies need a place to start when dealing with a first responder in need, and Dynamic Life has come up with an easily distributed solution. If you are a supervisor, officer or emergency personnel that arrived on the scene of a first responder (or family member) needing behavioral or addictive response/follow up/treatment, please fill out this form. This form walks those on scene through information that would be essential to taking the next step with the help of Dynamic Life.

Should Agencies Care?

Employees are the lifeblood of any organization. Workplace studies have shown employees who feel supported by their agency are more likely to be more productive, have positive behaviors and have improved work attendance.
